Refund Policy
We recommend keeping each top-up under ¥500. Run a small amount through your client first before deciding whether to top up more.

How to Refund
- Log in to claude-api.org → left sidebar → My Orders
- Find the order you want to refund (status
Completed) and click Request Refund - Enter the amount to refund (how much to deduct from your balance)
- The system shows the fee plus how much you'll actually receive via WeChat/Alipay
- After you submit, the refund is returned via the original payment method within 1–3 business days
An order can only be refunded once
Once a refund succeeds, the order status changes to Refunded or Partially Refunded, and you cannot request a refund for it again. So if you want to refund part of it and keep the rest, think it through before clicking.

FAQ
Can I still refund credit I've already used?
Yes, but only up to your current balance cap. For example, if you topped up ¥100 and used ¥30, your balance is ¥70, so you can refund at most ¥70 (minus the corresponding fee).
Will a refund affect my referral rebate?
No. Rebates are calculated based on the referee's top-up amount, and your refund does not affect rebates already credited to the referrer. However, if the referrer hasn't used up that rebate within 90 days, the risk-control system will reclaim the corresponding amount based on the refund ratio.
I paid with USDT/Stripe — can I get a refund?
USDT does not currently support online refunds (on-chain transfers have no reversible channel); if you truly need a refund, email us for case-by-case handling. Stripe payments can be refunded within 24 hours; beyond that, it goes through the Stripe merchant refund process — contact support@.
How long does a refund take to arrive?
- WeChat: 1–3 business days.
- Alipay: instant to ~24 hours.
- Channel processing is slower on weekends and holidays; an extra 1–2 days is normal.
My refund is stuck and hasn't arrived after more than 5 days
Email [email protected], including your order number and payment method, and we'll trace it from the channel side.
