We try to write our legal terms in plain language. If you do not accept any one of them, please do not use this service.

About This Site

claude-api.org ("this site" / "we") is an AI model API aggregation service. We provide mainstream AI models to you through a unified OpenAI / Anthropic compatible protocol, letting you use a single Key to switch between and call different models.

We are not an official agent of Anthropic / OpenAI / Google, and we have no commercial or authorization relationship with the companies mentioned above.

Your Data

What We Store

• Email (used for login)
• Password hash (bcrypt, irreversible)
• Billing-dimension metadata for API calls: timestamp, model called, input / output token counts, HTTP status code, Key ID
• Top-up orders (amount, time, third-party payment order number)

What We Do Not Store

• The body content of API requests (messages, prompt, response text)
• The model's intermediate reasoning process (reasoning_content)
• Files / images you upload

After the body is forwarded via stream, it is immediately discarded and never written to disk. Our server-side process has no feature toggle for recording the body.

Encryption

• TLS 1.3 throughout
• Database encryption at rest
• Egress traffic encryption + controllable outbound IP

Your Responsibilities

What Not to Do

• Do not use this service to generate illegal content (child pornography, terrorism/violence, politically sensitive content, weapons manufacturing, etc.). Any such activity will result in an immediate account ban.
• Do not resell the API Key you obtain. We run IP/UA anomaly detection on each individual Key, and reselling will trigger a ban.
• Do not abuse referral rebates (multiple accounts on the same device, bulk registration with temporary email addresses).

Risks You Bear

• The policies of third-party model services may change, which could affect the availability of our service.
• The relay service itself carries operational risk. Do not top up more than ¥500 at one time; see Top-up & Plans for details.

Our Responsibilities

Our Commitments

• Native model output: All Channels use official models. Model output is produced directly by the model provider's servers, with no substitution or trimming.
• No discriminatory throttling: Each individual Key is only subject to the publicly stated service rate limit. We do not secretly grant a fast-track back door to certain users.
• No banning without cause: Unless you violate the prohibited behaviors listed under "Your Responsibilities," we will not ban your account without cause.

What We Cannot Do

• We do not guarantee 99.9% availability. When the service experiences issues it will automatically switch to backup resources, but it may still be briefly unavailable.
• We do not guarantee that the service will never be discontinued. Should we be unable to continue providing the service, we will give 7 days' advance notice and support refunding your Balance back to the original payment channel.

Service Rate Limit

To keep the service stable over the long term, our scheduling system automatically controls the volume of calls per unit of time. When requests come in too densely over a short period, some requests will temporarily return 429 and recover automatically within 1–5 minutes. See FAQ for details.

Wallet Balance Withdrawal Rules

Balance withdrawal is currently not available. Your wallet Balance (including referral rebates) can only be used to pay for consumption on this site.

If the service is terminated, it will be handled per the Service Termination Terms: the Balance will be refunded proportionally back to the original payment channel.

Price Changes

• Price adjustments for each Channel are announced 7 days in advance (via both in-site message and email)
• Changes to official prices are synced in real time to our billing engine
• Adjustments to Top-up promotions (spend 100, get X) take effect immediately the same day

Legal

Trademark Notice

• "Claude" is a trademark of Anthropic
• "ChatGPT", "OpenAI", and "GPT-5" are trademarks of OpenAI
• "Gemini" is a trademark of Google

We use these terms solely to objectively describe the model services we connect to, and this does not constitute trademark infringement. If we receive a cease-and-desist letter from any of these companies, we will immediately stop using the relevant terms and migrate to a backup domain that does not contain trademarks.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute will first be addressed through email negotiation; if negotiation fails, it will be submitted to the basic-level people's court at the location of our registered company for resolution.

Changes

This agreement may be updated from time to time. Major changes (those involving billing methods, data usage, or the Refund Policy) will be notified via both in-site announcement and email. Continued use of this service is deemed acceptance of the latest version of the agreement.
